With stock levels low throughout April, Ray White AKG took more than 35 properties to Auction with 25 properties being presented to the market at its penultimate Auction Avenue.
The AKG team comprising Ray White Brookwater, Greater Springfield, Daisy Hill and Marsden presented properties from Greater Springfield to Brisbane City and through Logan and Coomera.

AKG Auctions attracted over 230 bidders resulting in a clearance rate of 78%.
