Jocelyn Pahulu

Before beginning her real estate career, Jocelyn worked as a Floor Manager at JD Sports for two years before transitioning into student accommodation, where she simultaneously completed her real estate certification. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in both customer service and property management, setting the stage for her journey in the industry.

Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her two American Bullies at the park or beach and expresses her creativity by designing traditional cultural attire inspired by her Samoan and Tongan heritage—something that helps her stay connected to her roots. Known for her active listening, strong communication, and ability to read the room, Jocelyn embraces challenges with confidence and strives for continual growth. Guided by her strong faith and values, she approaches every interaction with integrity and genuine care.
