Kelsi Graccogna

Kelsi is an invaluable member of our team at Ray White Marsden, serving as the Accounts Head of Department. With a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of real estate, Kelsi's journey began in 2014 when she joined an office in Brisbane as a receptionist. Over the years, she has steadily progressed through different areas of the realestate business, including Assistant Property Management, eventually rising to the position of Accounts/Maintenance Manager.

Since joining Ray White Marsden in 2018, Kelsi has taken charge as the Accounts Manager for our rentals department. Her dedication and enthusiasm are truly commendable, and she consistently goes above and beyond to assist her colleagues. Kelsi's kind nature and willingness to help make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Not only does Kelsi manage the accounts department for our Marsden office, but she also oversees the accounts of three other Ray White offices: AKG, Brookwater & Greater Springfield, and Daisy Hill. With a team of 35 staff members spread across these four locations, Kelsi successfully balances her professional responsibilities with her personal life. As a single mother of three beautiful children and a cat, Kelsi's plate is always full, but she handles it all with grace and determination.

Kelsi is known for her infectious smile, which brings positivity to our office environment. She is considerate of others around her and ensures that she stays up to date with accounting procedures and legislation. Moreover, Kelsi has played a crucial role in creating and implementing streamlined processes and procedures across all four offices, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
