Melindah Berrett

With over 16 years of experience in the property management industry, Melindah has worked across every role from Reception, BDM, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager through to Team Leader. This well-rounded background gives her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the ability to support clients and colleagues alike.

Melindah's greatest strengths lie in her people-focused approach, depth of knowledge, and ability to train and mentor others. She loves forming genuine relationships, earning trust, and going above and beyond to share her expertise. Clients often describe her as down to earth, easy to communicate with, and genuinely caring about their investments. She takes pride in seeing situations from her clients perspectives and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Melindah enjoys gardening, something she happily admits didn’t come naturally until later in life! She also keeps busy supporting her daughter’s many dance commitments, which she affectionately calls her “second full-time job.”

Her guiding motto is one she picked up from her first PM mentor: “The snow is always falling and you can’t catch it all.” While not exactly an Aussie saying, it’s one she leans on when things get busy, reminding herself and others that you can’t always get to everything in one day, and that’s okay.
