The award-winning residential office, proudly led by principal Avi Khan, has expanded its offering to the commercial sector after recognizing a high local demand.
“We’ve established our success in residential real estate, noting at the same time the high level of opportunity to market and lease commercial properties, so it’s a natural progression to extend a complete service to all clients,” Mr. Khan said.
“We now have a team of seven supporting our commercial clients, including four highly experienced commercial agents who know not only their industry but the stock and people in Logan.”
The team has had a gentle launch, with COVID-19 putting plans for making a large announcement on hold until now.
“We’ve been transacting commercial properties for around six months now, and the traction is incredibly exciting,” Mr. Khan said.
“We’re dealing with all types of commercial real estate, from storage sheds to pubs, and currently have around 130 properties on the market for both lease and sale.”
Mr. Khan is determined to apply the same levels of outstanding service to commercial clients, recognizing the commercial sector traditionally lags behind the residential arm when it comes to the treatment of landlords and tenants in particular.
“To achieve this we have hired commercial agents who share our belief that service levels need to change in the commercial sector,” Mr. Khan said.
“I want us to be the number one commercial agency in Logan. The commercial sector in Logan has been somewhat forgotten until now. The people of Logan deserve better so we’re localizing commercial real estate with standout service.”
