A renovator in the family friendly suburb of Heritage Park today was sold under the hammer today for a staggering $700,000.
Marketing agent Jess Nguyen from Ray White Marsden said that Heritage Park has become a ‘hot in demand suburb’. The suburb offers lifestyle blocks that are not found in other local suburbs.
This home was very popular from the onset of the marketing campaign. We knew it was a unique offering as renovation projects in this suburb are very hard to come by. The owners in Heritage Park are very suburb and home proud.
Over 100 locals turned up to view the action unfold. Ms. Nguyen said over 15 bidders competed to secure this home. “I’m very excited for Heritage Park. The competition we created for this home today will change the value of the whole suburb.”
