Story behind the sale:

The team and I were are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent our Sellers, Bree & Paul, in the sale of their Park Ridge property. As interstate investors, they put a lot of trust in myself and my team with one of their biggest assets. Although we never had the opportunity to meet in person, this high level of trust began to develop in August 2024 - After 12 months of keeping Bree & Paul updated on the park Ridge Property market, the new Financial Year rolled around, and it was time for them to sell!
