Ray White AKG Defies the Market as Properties Fly Off The Shelf

By Avi Khan

At its biggest auction event this year, Ray White AKG, Ray White Daisy Hill, Marsden, sold 17 properties under the hammer with a 63% clearance rate  at their Spring into Summer Auction Event.

Avi Khan, Principal of the above offices commented that over 80  bidders competed to secure the properties. Mr Khan added that the team had a wide variety of properties going for sale from Park Ridge to Rochedale, Cornubia and the wider Brisbane region.

Oftentimes, when we have seen positive growth in the Brisbane market, the Brisbane South region did not experience the same growth trajectory.  The last two years however have seen astronomical growth for the region.  The growth has slowed this year but the headlines of a falling market have been overstated.

With the region still experiencing great demand from investors and homeowners alike,  the team  decided to work in our sellers best interest by creating a competitive and transparent environment for buyers to purchase property.

The results are a great real time indicator of the market for homeowners.  The Auctions now move on to the Ray White AKG Christmas Auction Collective at Daisy Hill at 6pm on the 14th of December.
